 Apply for a new account before placing an order. When doing so, you must provide all the required information. 
 All new accounts are C.O.D. until credit is approved. Pre-payment, Visa or Master Card are also accepted for new customers. 
 Please be advised that all of our terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. 
 When placing fax or email orders, please remember to mark your name, account number and phone number. 
 Almost all of the items shown are currently in stock, available for immediate delivery.

 Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same business day. 
 All our prices shown are F.O.B.
 All goods are sent by insured post which must be signed for at the cardholder’s address. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that someone is on hand to receive the order at the address given at the expected time of delivery. Goods are insured only up to the point of signature at the designated address. 
 The package will be shipped to your billing address. If you want to make changes, please provide this information upon placing the order. 
 Out-of-stock items are back-ordered with your approval, and will be shipped as soon as we receive them in stock. Postage will be charged when shipped.

 Prices shown are estimates at suggested retail in CDN dollars at the shown gold market at the time of the order.

 Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange at any time, within 10 calendar days from the date of invoice. 
 All special orders are non-returnable. 
 A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all returns from accounts that consistently abuse the return privilege. 
 If you are unsatisfied with the merchandise received and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service Office and ask for a return authorization number. You will receive full credit, provided you follow these rules:

On the loose diamonds section, returns will be accepted within 10 days of the invoice date.
All other finished jewelry returns will be accepted within 25 days of the invoice date.
Items should be sent back secure means, insured, with the return authorization number indicated on the outside, and addressed to the attention of the Return Department.
Items should be in their original package, in the same condition they were received, enclosed with the complete invoice, return and reorder forms. For returns made without the return authorization number, original invoice and return form, we reserve the right to send them back to you at your expense.
